His knowledge is extensive and his workouts not only push me past where I think can go but have produced great results all whilst not feeling that I have been pushed to things I could not achieve.

"Although I have been regular at the gym for a number of years, being a busy professional guy, my routine had become stale, boring and, if I am honest, a bit of a chore. I was thrilled to meet Ian towards the end of 2019 and start working with him as my personal trainer.
First, Ian is a really nice, friendly and approachable guy. At our first meeting he put me at ease, was attentive me explore my needs, but also ensured I received a great, personally tailored, workout. Having agreed how we work together, Ian also provides me with a range of routines which I can utilise at the gym / home in between our sessions. Ian is also extremely flexible as to where we meet; be it at his place, my home or my gym. Wherever we meet, he makes the best use of the equipment available and builds this knowledge into the structure of training programmes. I also value Ian’s holistic approach; respectfully taking into consideration my limitations (through injury), my stressful day job and a keen interest in my dietary intake.
Ian’s style is welcoming, encouraging but also challenging and affirming. Three months in, I can only recommend Ian as an excellent personal trainer. Finally, Ian provides this excellent PT service at an incredibly reasonable price."

"I chose Ian to be my personal trainer 12 weeks ago as he had the qualifications and insurance along with the experience. I did not realised then that he also has the most encouraging and motivating way about him which makes his training sessions great fun, sometimes demanding but especially important for me achievable.
Having never been to a gym or done any fitness training before I was apprehensive to say the least. An injury which had left my knee weak was holding me back and after trying Physio I had nothing to loose. After 12 weekly sessions Ian has improved my overall strength and stabilised my leg due to targeting muscles around the knee. I cannot believe the difference and would like to publicly thank Ian for convincing me that targeted training really does bring results and hope.
