Fitness has always been important to me, which is why I became a personal trainer. Now in my fifties, I want to show you that age needn't be a barrier. I was a chef for thirty years, so my knowledge of nutrition is extensive and enhanced by my qualifications in diet and fitness. I firmly believe that giving your body the right balance of good nutrition and suitable physical challenges is the way to not only tackle any nagging ailments, but can make big changes to your overall wellbeing and get the best out of your body!
